the rooms offered ample space for luggage and included two separate beds, which proved ideal for accommodating my children. cleanliness was a priority as the bathrooms were meticulously maintained. i found the reception staff to be helpful as they were unfailingly polite. the location is good with buses and trams outside
i noticed the spa access requires a minimum fee, which seemed an additional expense. there is no outside seating space for enjoying the sunshine in high season the hard pillows were not really comfortable to me.

The staff was very helpful. Carolina gave me a warm greeting upon my arrival. It seemed like home. I also liked that the laundry service was quick, and the room received cleaning every day.
the bathroom was small. i literally COULD not turn around! ALSO, The price seemed high for a typical room. i wasn't aware of a tourist tax needing payment at the end too.
