poor insulation cold items
The location wasn't great. i could hear people talking outside from my room. The sound insulation was poor. also, the breakfast was not up to par. cooked items weren't hot and there was no toaster.

The staff offered prompt responses to all my requests before arrival. They were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the manager and the team who quickly provided support when needed. The room included air conditioning and high-quality amenities.
The hotel does not include a restaurant for meals other than breakfast, thus I had to seek dining options elsewhere.

The staff responded promptly to my requests. during my stay, they were kind and attentive. The manager and receptionist were very understanding. the room was nice and neat with functioning ac, i also found high-quality amenities.

new furniture helpful staff missing restaurant alternative options
The rooms are new and feature new furniture. This made the rooms very comfortable. The staff were excellent and very helpful .
The hotel lacks a restaurant for lunch and dinner. After breakfast, guests must find alternative dining options. I think this is not acceptable.
