Fantastic stay!
beach location friendly staff breakfast amenities
The location was superb, right on the beach in the middle of Holetown. The staff were friendly. My room included a microwave, hob, fridge and freezer, kettle, and coffee machine. I made breakfast each day.
The room felt a bit dated.

a beautiful beachfront stay!
beachfront location kind staff convenient supermarket
i adored the location right on the beach it was amazing. the staff was so kind and helpful always ready to assist. i loved that a supermarket was just across the road making everything so convenient. the sunsets i watched from my room were romantic!
I found the pool area could use a little tlc. some minor repairs would make it even more inviting. It needs attention, though it didn't ruin my stay.

My studio balcony room offered a hob, microwave, and fridge and freezer, perfect for preparing meals. the air conditioning worked efficiently, i was really appreciative. the room was cleaned daily, with fresh linen provided regularly. It made such a difference!

The pool area included sunbeds for relaxation. I was able to lay down and unwind. a water tap was available near the entrance to rinse off sand after beach visits. i did notice a security guard present during the nighttime hours. I found that very comforting.

A restaurant was conveniently attached offering meals. zaccios beach bar and restaurant was also nearby. It provided additional options for dining. happy hour at zaccios made evenings more enjoyable, providing affordable drinks near the beach.

The room cleaning happened daily. The location is very close to transportation and shops. These are within walking distance. I especially appreciated the convenience!!!
The towels felt quite old and thin. They could benefit from replacement.

Fantastic Beachfront Stay!

I enjoyed the beachfront location. The supermarket and bus stop were conveniently right outside. Zaccios, next door, was an added bonus! The team got everything up and running after the hurricane, I found that commendable.
The beach erosion impacted the ability to put out beds and umbrellas, so finding shelter at the pool was challenging. The hotel should address this issue because people need protection from the sun.

The room had excellent kitchen facilities. This was a real plus for preparing meals. My second floor room provided a beautiful view. I appreciated the security measures, including the night guard and double locking system.

The staff was very attentive and helpful, from start to finish! I loved the unfussy but clean room and its fantastic sunset views. The service I received was the best I have ever experienced.

The hotel's location is excellent. It sits right on the beach. A supermarket is conveniently located across the street. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms are cleaned daily. Fresh linens and towels are provided regularly.
The hotel shows signs of age. Some fixtures could use updating. This minor issue did not significantly detract from my experience.
