the staff were helpful, including with room service.
It looked like sand dumping on a reclaimed area. the pool area was also quite small. it seemed geared towards families. the pool area felt slippery, especially for children.

uneven experience with room issues
mold smell unfriendly front desk
the location was near many places i needed to visit.
The room smelled like mold so i could not sleep well the ac unit also smelled bad and the room looked dusty there wasn't a friendly atmosphere at the front desk. Smiles seemed fake

pleasant stay near the mall
convenient shuttle easy access time savings
the shuttle service to mall of asia was very convenient! it ran every two hours, a great help for shopping trips. the proximity to the mall allowed easy access to dining and entertainment options. i found the location really saved me time and transport costs.
the entrance area felt a little crowded due to limited space, which could be improved.

long check-in connecting door
The location offers a complimentary shuttle to the mall, useful. The staff were generally cheerful.
Check-in took too LONG. They did not give a specific timeframe for the wait. I also found the room had a connecting door so i could hear everything happening in the adjacent room. This was disruptive.
