The room service was consistent with daily upkeep and tidiness, which I found very useful. The location allowed easy access to various areas with the metro nearby. It simplified getting around. I found the bed comfortable and it helped me rest well each night. Staff were efficient and cute.
The gym had a slight musty smell.

I found a couple of issues . the gym equipment was quite old. specifically, the treadmill was out of service. also, the breakfast area felt too small and crowded during peak hours, and the food quality was just okay. It did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel.

I found the hotel very clean and the staff was especially nice in the restaurant area. Housekeeping did a great job as well. The breakfast was delicious and provided a wide selection.
The television in my room did not work properly. It took two days and three requests for someone to come fix it.

The staff members were helpful and professional at all times, addressing all requests promptly. I had an easy and straightforward check-in process at arrival. Their positive attitude created a cute environment .

The rooftop pool provided a nice spot for relaxation with clear views. A free parking garage added convenience.
