relaxing getaway
relaxing atmosphere excellent service personal touch
I enjoyed a relaxing and cute atmosphere. various activities were scheduled, and excursions were available. the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist. onsite restaurants offered good food and ambiance. aisha, our server, provided attentive service throughout the stay.
i found that not everything was included even with all-inclusive. this was surprising and a bit inconvenient. some items and experiences required extra charges. knowing this in advance would have been helpful.

the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also an outdoor workout space used for fitness classes. the spa offers four treatment rooms and maintains a clean, super calm place.

the central restaurant serves a variety of dishes at all three meals. i found fresh produce and local specialties available at the buffet. the grill restaurant offers pizza and other options for lunch. the italian restaurant also had unbelievably good pizza.

the resort is surrounded by greenery with well-kept green areas. spacious rooms offer detail-oriented care and cleanliness. the beach features white sand and attentive lifeguards. access paths throughout the resort are well kept, which i found very pleasant.

mixed feelings about the STAY
limited wine dinner cats
the all-inclusive program had limitations. the sparkling wine i liked WAS often restricted due to supply issues. additionally, cats were a nuisance during dinner SERVICE. crows were a problem during breakfast and lunch, with NO protection offered.

fresh produce local specialities comfy bed
I found the room spacious. the bed gave me no back pain. It was quite comfy. there were many fresh options at the buffet and local specials too.
The beach got annoying, because vendors kept pestering us each time we went back. I sadly avoided it for my last days!

The food was plentiful and very well cooked. Variety ensured i did not get bored.
The tui rep was helpful with the excursions. i found it a lot cheaper organizing the trips myself. most were private rather than group tours.
