i stayed in a double room superior plus. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the air conditioning worked perfectly, essential.
the minibar was not always restocked daily as promised.

beautiful grounds sport options many activities
the hotel grounds feature many flowers and trees. various sport options are available. Tennis courses and watersport activities are included. parties and animations are well done.
the all-inclusive drinks menu was one of the worst i have seen at an all-inclusive hotel..

mixed feelings about this hotel
lounger availability restaurant staff
Finding a lounger was difficult, some people even removed towels (i believe there are cameras everywhere, so at least it was dealt with). the food was a bit disappointing, and most of the restaurant staff seemed unhappy. our room was near the tennis court, so it was noisy. also, the ac didn't work well. It was either freezing or boiling.

varied activities helpful staff well maintained garden
i found the activities varied and engaging (i especially enjoyed the water fitness in the sea). the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. the hotel also had a green territory and a beautiful well maintained garden.
