Finding a lounger was difficult, some people even removed towels (i believe there are cameras everywhere, so at least it was dealt with). the food was a bit disappointing, and most of the restaurant staff seemed unhappy. our room was near the tennis court, so it was noisy. also, the ac didn't work well. It was either freezing or boiling.

varied activitieshelpful staffwell maintained garden
i found the activities varied and engaging (i especially enjoyed the water fitness in the sea). the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. the hotel also had a green territory and a beautiful well maintained garden.
