The staff were very helpful. They offered early check-in and late check-out.
The original room did not match its description at all. Different materials were present. the color scheme was also completely off, and it seemed the room hadn't been renovated for a long time. there was mold in one area.

the hotel was Fine. the atmosphere was positive always, and the staff were really nice too. the hospitality was next level.
one of the entertainment team was VERY flirty. this employee touched my partner in an inappropriate way without consent. this person went around the resort to other people to talk negatively on me. i am so sorry about it.

The reception staff was very helpful. They really went out of their way.
The food was not up to a 5-star standard. I found it very repetitive. the walls in the room seemed thin. I could hear children screaming and families arguing early in the morning. it made it hard to relax properly.

the hotel was super clean everywhere, i saw. all the staff were very friendly and remembered my name.
cocktails were a huge let down, i think. there was a small selection, and they all tasted the same. you had to pay extra for the nicer ones, but it was misleading on the website.

The hotel grounds feature hedgehogs, turtles, and cats that roam freely. The hotel clearly cares for these animals. The hotel has multiple pools available. Entertainment is offered continuously with diverse activities. I found the staff cute and very friendly, especially Yunus Tas, who was always helpful even late at night.
I found that some ramps were missing so accessibility was difficult. Some restaurants lacked lifts. It was necessary to carry a pram up two flights of stairs at times.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment team offered engaging activities throughout each day. I especially enjoyed the archery sessions with Oktay. His enthusiasm was infectious. He encouraged everyone to participate.
The noise levels were sometimes high due to children, difficult to relax at times. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. This noise impacted sleep quality.

The buffet offered varied themed nights. Options included Turkish and Gala themes. The food quality was excellent, and special dishes were prepared with care by the chefs. The presentation was appealing.

The hotel is about 34 minutes from the airport. The beach is spacious and clean with available loungers. The sea is clean, and the beach area is large enough . Access to the beach is easy.

I found Yunus tas provided the best service. He was always friendly, even late at night. I appreciated his thoughtfulness and professionalism. The staff generally seem to be hardworking and helpful.
