amazing stay!

The staff was friendly and smiley. i felt at home. daily entertainment was very enjoyable with a great variety. the food was a great spread. It was bright, colorful, and tasty!!!
the room air conditioning system seemed old. there was no remote control for it. everything seemed overused and quite outdated. the room cleanliness, especially the bathroom, was also disappointing.

The hotel is very close to the beach. access is easy because of a tunnel from the hotel to the beach. the view is just amazing, though the beach has stones. Swimming shoes are best.

the staff tries to help you with anything. they give tips for traditional foods or activities. people in the spa are the best, they made us very relaxed and happy with their massage and turkish bath services.

the rooms are comfortable and have a balcony. the balcony offers a sea view. the bed linen and towels are clean and well maintained, with a wide comfortable bed ensuring restful sleep.

the food and drinks were very good. breakfast, lunch, coffee break, dinner, and midnight soup are available. there are many things to choose, even a light menu. desserts were delicious, and cocktails used fruits.

The staff displayed great friendliness and helpfulness at all times. The food was amazing, I found good variety during each meal. The location was near the beach, this made access very easy. I enjoyed the family-friendly environment and diverse entertainment options.
The internet connection speed was inconsistent throughout the hotel.

The staff provided responsive and attentive service. The front desk answered questions quickly. Housekeeping kept the rooms very clean. I liked that the staff addressed all concerns promptly.

The hotel location offered easy beach access, that was acceptable.
The noise levels were excessive, a problem. Loud music played constantly at the pool throughout the day. English communication with staff was difficult, I noticed this.

The hotel rooms are much larger than others. the beach is only a short walk away and includes a lovely beach bar with several sun loungers. there are two pools. One is a relaxation pool and the other has a separate area for children. the cleanliness of the entire hotel impressed me. it was super clean. I noticed cleaning happened constantly.
Almost everything related to the food bothered me. the food quality seemed poor with no variety or international options. the 24-hour food consisted of bread and cheese. It was barely edible. breakfast had unripe fruit. This was disappointing
