tiny balcony limited mobility
The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods, so everyone could find something they liked.
The hotel did not act upon my requests regarding mobility issues. I asked to be accommodated in the main building close to a lift, but I was put in the furthest room from the restaurant on the 9th floor. The balcony was tiny and concrete, I could barely see over it.

excellent family hotel
varied food pool bar prompt resolution
the hotel had varied food choices with many options available. the snack bar by the pool was excellent for lunches. guest relations addressed issues promptly and professionally, which i appreciated. i found the readily available water fridges and well-stocked mini bar very convenient.
there were instances of delays when ordering drinks, which i think was primarily due to the time required to prepare cocktails.

the hotel staff were friendly and helpful , ensuring a comfortable stay and promptly addressing any concerns, especially with the guest relations team going above and beyond to sort out any issues.

the pools were well maintained and provided a refreshing experience, while the beach snack bar offered a variety of tasty options , and i found the water fridges conveniently located throughout the premises.

the room was adequately equipped and comfortable , offering a restful environment, though i noted certain aspects , like the drink service , could benefit from some speed improvements to enhance overall satisfaction.

mixed feelings about facilities, repetitive food
helpful restaurant staff damaged pool tiles
The staff was friendly and helpful. Ibrahim in the restaurant especially looked after us each day.
I found a lot of things broken. Tiles around the pool were damaged, pool steps needed repair, and the splash pad was not working properly (i even fell down one of the drains).
