Fiona at the coffee dock greeted me warmly. Her smile was infectious. the coffee was wonderful and served in a super clean area. i felt welcomed each morning. aura gave me the oto balance deep relaxing cbd massage. she used the pressure i requested. it helped ease my back pain. the oils were lightly scented, and i appreciated that.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noise from the corridor.

the receptionist was lovely and helpful. i really loved how the staff greeted me every morning with a smile. the lifeguard at the swimming pool was always on duty. tomi was very professional and polite as a waiter.

wide rangefaulty shower knobmissing bin
the breakfast buffet offered a huge range of items.
I booked a room with a jacuzzi bath, but the shower knob reminded me of it would fall off. the shower area really needs modernizing. bins in the public gents area were also missing. This seems like a basic oversight for a hotel.

The Executive Twin or Double Room was a good size. It included two separate sinks. The provided bottled water was a plus. The food was tasty and the staff was helpful and friendly, as always.
The corridor was noisy early in the morning, so I got very little sleep.

I found the leisure centre excellent. It had a clean layout. the swimming pool was a good size, and i noticed attentive staff around. the breakfast choices were abundant and great! the staff i encountered were helpful, and i found them friendly.
I found parking difficult. Locals used it.
