not quite a fairytale stay, i am afraid
room stainnonexistent soundproofing
honestly, the noise was pretty bad. a wedding reception went on late, so i reminded me of i was practically on the dance floor. it didn't help that the soundproofing felt nonexistent. also, the room could really use some love. there was a concerning stain on the chair, and the mismatched light bulbs gave the whole place a kind of cheap feel. it's the little things, i guess.

Excellent Stay and Castle Views!!!

The location is superb. I had easy access to the town!!! The private balcony was a great bonus I was not expecting. The rooftop terrace offered fantastic views of the historic castle.
The room was a bit too warm during the night.

The room had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast included a good selection of items (especially the pastries). Staff helped me out when I forgot my phone charger.
