fantastic stay with amazing views
attentive staffgood sizedrinking watercomfortable transportation
I stayed in coron with family, and i found the staff to be very cute! the rooms were a good size and included two bottles of drinking water replenished daily. i appreciated the safe in the room. It added a layer of security for valuables. i was very thankful for the private transportation to and from the airport, arranged by the hotel, since it was comfortable and reasonably priced.
the tv did not have netflix, a very minor inconvenience.

the room featured two sinks and a separate rainfall shower. the digital safe was provided for securing valuables, a good addition. the air conditioning unit kept the room cool and comfortable, i liked it.

the breakfast buffet included various hot foods, fruits, breads, and cereals, catering to different tastes. an egg station was available, where the staff prepared egg dishes made-to-order, it was amazing. the menu catered to different diets, including vegetarian options, very useful.

the infinity pool offered a great spot to watch the sunset, a great experience. private transportation to and from the airport was arranged, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure. the location was a short tricycle ride from downtown, very convenient.

the staff was great, offering great service. the hotel arranged a tour that included visits to kayangan lake, barracuda lake and twin lagoon. the staff promptly addressed issues and proactively assisted guests, i was grateful for their work.

the staff was friendly. they remembered to let my tour guide know i needed a prescription diving mask so i could enjoy my snorkeling during my island tour.
I was frustrated by the state of the pool area. the tiles around the pool were broken and dirty. the air conditioning in my bayview king room was also a problem . It made a loud noise, like a plane taking off.

the sunsets were amazing from the pool area. access to the main street is right out front! i found the staff very friendly and happy.
The hotel needs a refresh. Glasses in the room are plastic. towels are greying and the walls are marked! breakfast buffet lacks variety. Everything is quite greasy. there are only 14 lounge chairs for the entire hotel.

i appreciated the rooftop gym and its amazing views. the hotel's location was also really convenient for accessing local attractions. the staff members were friendly. i especially enjoyed the infinity pool watching sunset.
