The staff were AMAZINGLY helpful. I really enjoyed the treats I received every afternoon. It was such a great personal touch. Breakfast was great and the location was fantastic!!!

The ac was old and noisy. I could only sleep with earplugs. the hotel communication before arriving was terrible, i arranged for a van but nobody showed up. i had to find my own way there

fantastic stay
attentive staffwide arrayrelaxing escape
The staff was attentive. upon arrival, i received a welcome drink. daily, i found complimentary snacks in my room. i appreciated the rooftop bar and the pools (especially the sunset views!). the food in the restaurant was tasty. the breakfast buffet included a wide array of choices. i liked the little treats provided each evening. the service really stood out. Staff seemed helpful all the time. the pools offered a relaxing escape. i enjoyed the shaded areas around the pools. i found the rooftop bar area great. the location was a quick tricycle ride to town, which cost less than £1.
i experienced some power cuts during the night.
