A Relaxing Getaway
airport transfer clean hotel amazing view convenient tuk-tuks
The staff offered airport transfers for PHP 300 each way. They waited outside the airport upon arrival. The hotel arranged transport to the ferry terminal for PHP 1000 in a van. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the amazing view from the pools, which really stood out. The tuk-tuks waited outside, costing only PHP 100 to take you into town, a handy amenity.

inconsistent stay, some definite drawbacks
untrained staff stingy portions
the breakfast buffet was acceptable.
The restaurant service was awful. the staff seemed untrained. My butter chicken had almost no meat. the next night, staff laughed when i gave feedback. They said they couldn't refund us. portions were very stingy. I received literally 4 and a half chips with my burger.

Acceptable, but SOME issues Existed
undercooked food lazy oversight
The hotel provided good quality bath soaps. That was adequate.
I stayed here for several nights. The breakfast was included, but it was not great. Everything tasted undercooked, SO asking for eggs meant ensuring they cooked them longer. the hotel didn't replenish the food even at 7am. This oversight felt lazy.

charmed by the stay
loft beds delicious buffet relaxing pool organised transfer
I appreciated the family room with loft beds, it was perfect. the buffet breakfast had delicious options. the pools around the hotel gave a relaxing area to hang out after island hopping. I spent hours there. and the airport transfer organised without needing to arrange it was a plus.
The jacuzzi had leaves, and it looked to need better maintenance. That was slightly disappointing.

maintained facilities breakfast option convenient location thorough cleaning
i enjoyed the well kept facilities at this resort. the breakfast buffet had many options, and the staff, especially at the bistro, were helpful. the location is convenient, close to the market. i found the room cleaning to be thorough each day (which is a big plus for me).
the wifi signal was sometimes weak in my room. i occasionally disconnected and had to move to a common area for consistent internet access.

the family room featured a bunk bed and loft setup, appealing to kids. beds were comfortable, with quality pillows and clean smelling sheets. overall, the room was very clean.
