Urban Hostel Palma is set in Santa Catalina, one of the liveliest districts of Palma de Mallorca. The hostel is surrounded by bars, restaurants, and local shops, with the cathedral, Es Baluard, and Bellver Castle within walking distance. Guests can join walking tours or explore the marina and old town, both a 5- to 15-minute walk away.

The hostel offers mixed dormitories and a female-only dormitory, each bed fitted with a drawer/locker assigned at check-in. Guests must bring their own padlock or purchase one at reception for €3 (cash only). Every bed has a privacy curtain, a night lamp, and a USB port, though no standard power sockets are available at the bedside.

All rooms and common areas have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The hostel has a shared kitchen, a shared lounge/TV area, and laundry facilities (washer €4, dryer €3). Free luggage storage is available after check-out until 6pm, and a vending machine provides snacks and cold drinks.

Check-in runs from 3pm to 3:30am, and guests must complete online check-in before arrival. Guests over 30 years old are required to purchase a Welcome Pass for a one-time fee of €2.50. The hostel does not have space for bicycles or scooters, and towels are available for rent at €3 (cash only).

A free breakfast is served daily from 8:30am, offering cereal, bread, toppings, coffee, tea, juice, and chocolate milk. Guests clean up after themselves, and the dining area is maintained by staff throughout the morning. The hostel also provides free tea and coffee all day in the shared kitchen.
