This resort is amazing for families i think! the waterpark kept my kids happy. there was even a magic show one evening! the breakfast and dinner buffets had tons of choices. I'm telling you, i found something i loved! the resort also has a beach. what is more to ask?
the kids club fell a bit short i thought. a stretching session was super short. game consoles were not working as expected. also, i wish the staff at the kids club showed more enthusiasm!

Staff are super friendly and helpful. I felt so welcomed! some waiters are very friendly and helpful, as well. i noticed that staff are well managed. It makes everything smooth.

The room decor looked great i must say. suites had excellent quality. I slept like a baby. i am glad that the air con worked very well. It kept me cool at night.

the staff provided really good service. donații and daniel offered great food with local white wine. new villas are decorated tastefully. the green concept is very appreciated. it is made for families with kids. many activities are free, such as tennis and cinema.
i felt that the beach was not the greatest. the pools are ok but nothing special
