a treasure found far from home
secure parkingcomfy bedrunning cistern
I loved the secure parking, a real comfort. the room offered tea and coffee, a little luxury. the host was very kind and the dogs were friendly, it felt very personal. i enjoyed the comfy bed. It was perfect after a long day.
the toilet cistern ran repeatedly, a slight disturbance. it happened each time another toilet flushed elsewhere. it was somewhat disruptive to my sleep, i must confess.

the parking area is behind gates. the garden has some charming features and offers a quiet spot. also, the provision of tea and coffee in the room was very nice.

the hotel is about a mile from the train station. it is also near bus stops, this makes travel easy. several takeaways can be found along the way. the location is a fair balance of quiet and accessibility.

poor showerbroken valve
The shower pressure was just awful. It trickled out, barely enough to rinse. I really didn't like that the radiator valve was broken. The room was way too hot, even with the windows open all night. IT WAS impossible to get comfortable temperature.

The parking area is secure behind gates. The location allows easy access to local shops. I received a free room upgrade upon arrival. The garden had tables and chairs.
