adequate experience overall
spacious hotel beach access good pool grim bathroom poor soundproofing cleaning absence
the hotel was very spacious. it was easy to get to the shop and the beach by foot or shuttle. the pool area seemed good for families. i liked the setting.
the bathroom looked very grim. i thought there wasnt enough soundproofing. we had no housekeeping for four days and had to ask for toilet paper after a discussion with reception. the cleaner refused us even being in our block.

great townhouse, some noise
lovely hotel wellness center gym access
the hotel was lovely, its location good. the gym had saunas, steam rooms, and several exercise machines. i think this gesture was a nice touch and i did appreciate it.
a villa next door was being refurbished, causing noise. they were using a disk cutter during the first few days.

the townhouse was very spacious and suited our needs well. it was clean and well-equipped. the modern decor added to the experience, and the swimming pool was clean, good.

the reception staff are very friendly and helpful, a positive experience overall. they stored our bags while we waited for check-in, since we arrived early. the staff responded promptly to our requests.

renovated apartment excellent facilities shuttle service confusing website distant villa murky pool
i founded the apartment was spacious and nicely renovated. it have everything i needed, even a air fryer. the beach club have excellent facilities, it have a lovely breakfast included. a shuttle take you all around the resort if needed.
the resort website is confusing, its hard to find informations. my villa were far from the main reception area, its not like a main hotel. the pool were grimy and murky, the water didn't look clean.

Fantastic Stay!
large villa super clean cleanliness
The villa was large and had everything I needed. I especially LOVED the super clean cleanliness. Restaurants were nearby. There were several options with great food.
The Portuguese bugs made it hard to relax on the balcony. I had to call several days to resolve this. It was frustrating.

dated apartment scarce towels
The staff were helpful. i also liked the shuttle service around the resort.
The apartment was quite dated and tired. Clean towels were scarce. It took several requests to get more. Toilet paper was also difficult to obtain. I had to ask repeatedly.
