The staff displayed amazing attentiveness from arrival to departure. Reception provided helpful advice about the island. Cleaning staff maintained high standards and addressed every request with a smile. The pool area featured ample sunbeds, eliminating the need to reserve spots early. I appreciated the quality of the food and the varied cocktail options.
The bottles of water in the room were not always replenished, which proved inconvenient when thirsty.

The hotel provides a handy shuttle bus to the main town. The staff promptly fixed a sticking door when I reported it. They were really helpful. Another staff member made up the sofa bed in the lounge very quickly.
Our room had furniture that felt very outdated. The air conditioning rattled and wasn't very strong. The shower included only a curtain and it stuck to me all the time, that wasn't great.

The food selection was excellent. The poolside snack bar offered great variety at lunch (i appreciated it). The staff were all very helpful and polite. The daytime activities were a lot of fun (especially the water polo!).
Apart from that, everything was lovely.
