i totally adored how clean the hotel was! it felt exactly as promised in the pictures and descriptions. i thought the kids' play area was really fun. the daily entertainment for them was like a super bonus for me. i had such a blast there!
The room i got just didn't match the photos online. Such a bummer! my room's window looked out onto a corridor, not a great view at all. it had zero soundproofing, so i could hear every single thing people said next door. the food wasn't too exciting either, super repetitive and kinda bland, definitely disappointing.

the staff, especially at the bar and restaurant, were great. mario and migue were friendly and helpful with the kids. the food selection had something for everyone, with fresh, healthy options daily. the pool area had three zones, perfect for both entertainment and cooling off.

The staff was friendly, cute, and helpful . extra efforts were evident. I appreciated the smooth check-in. the cleaning was regular. We loved the fresh towels every day, but the room was not cleaned one day.

the location was so close to the beach, i nearly danced with joy. breakfast had such a wide selection, i was like a king. the swimming area proved lovely for kids.
i found the elevators rather small. i got stuck once.
