The food was lovely and came fast!
The first thing I noticed was the disgusting smell of the drains and the dirty pool! Check in wasn't till 3pm which meant waiting around for 6 hours till our room was ready.

the pool was nice and vibes was great. i enjoyed the party days. location is fab with lots of food places nearby.
shower is in the main room, i found this a slip hazard. some cupboards began to sag, it made them hard to open.

Fantastic Stay with Amazing Staff and Views

The staff were always friendly. Selene and Laina were wonderful. The pool area is amazing, especially with the new swim-up pool. My room had a great view of the marina. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. They cleaned daily and always greeted me with a smile.
The coffee machine provided only three pods, a little disappointing given that it was advertised as a benefit of my room.

The hotel is located very close to the harbor and many good restaurants. Shops and dining are accessible. It's also just a short walk to the beach.

The staff provided excellent service. The waiting staff in the restaurant were helpful and friendly. They completed every task with a smile and friendly greeting.

Really good Hotel Experience!

The staff was attentive. Braulio and Laura. Brittany from the Experience Team decorated our room for a birthday surprise, including a meal at Kaypa. The on-site restaurants offered top-quality food. The room was very clean, and I found the beds comfortable.
The music by the pool can get loud, as the area is open to the public as Arena Beach Club, which might affect some.
