Convenient Stay with Park Access

the room featured a very comfortable bed and i could easily adjust the temperature for optimal comfort. the on-site restaurant provided excellent dining options i found very appealing. complimentary access to the bird park next to the hotel was a nice addition, offering a great activity. parking was consistently available, particularly helpful as i had a large trailer.
the carpet in my room seemed a bit dated maybe from the 90s, and the minifridge was not working .

the rooms provide superior space and the bathroom looked perfect and was clean. the bed offered really good comfort for restful sleep during the nights i stayed. the presence of a coffee machine allowed making hot beverages.

the hotel's location afforded convenient access to nearby attractions perfect for sightseeing. many local restaurants are close to the hotel i noticed. access to public transportation allowed convenient travel to nearby cities.

the staff was kind, offering assistance throughout my stay. breakfast included a variety of options i found delicious and satisfying. sarah at the bar was an excellent host she displayed an excellent level of customer service.

the room was a bit dated. the bathroom looked like it needed some work. the breakfast selection wasn't as good as at other hotels i have visited. also, the different hotel parts are spread across multiple buildings which isn't fun when the weather is bad.

The check-in process was efficient. The front desk staff seemed helpful and pleasant. The location proved convenient, as a bus stop was nearby. The on-site restaurant had decent food.
My room was not as clean as expected, and I found dust in several areas. The carpet looked old. The bathroom could use some updates , it felt somewhat dated.

I had a spacious family room. everything was clean and easy to use. we had plenty of towels and pillows. the staff were kind at the front desk during check in. It was quick and smooth.
i think the minifridge was out of order. it was not working .
