i found the hotel space amazing in the rooms. they greeted me with refreshing drinks and a cool towel. the staff spoke english very well and assisted me with anything i needed. the pool had a gorgeous design..

breakfast offered an omelette station, along with cereals, cakes and toast. salads were available at breakfast.. i advise going early because it was busy. the hotel had the best food in thailand, in my opinion.

a laundry service exists five minutes from the hotel, and i found that helpful. the pool featured elephant details and many sun lounges. a massage parlor is available, costing slightly more than those outside the hotel. the private beach rated a 10/10 in my experience.

the hotel is located directly on the beach, near all shops. the ferry to koh samui airport is very close. i could reach shops, restaurants and the full moon beach party with ease. free taxi rides were a service provided by the hotel.

the staff was helpful, providing water, coffee and a fridge in rooms. they offered assistance with luggage storage upon request. the staff helped me with local information.. they were willing to assist with arranging transportation. prompt room service was available.
