wonderful jungle experience
beautiful swimming poolsgreat locationinattentive staff
i loved the two beautiful swimming pools. the hotel features a great location very near to the national park. i also found it pleasant that it was a short walk to town.
the staff wasn't always attentive to my needs. i had to ask for towels at the pool, and they were not readily available.

the resort includes two large pools, both are clean , quiet , and suitable for swimming and relaxing. wooden boardwalks connect all areas of the hotel. the resort is built near the jungle, so it provides a unique nature experience.

I enjoyed the infinity pool (a relaxing experience). Breakfast had a good variety. I found something i liked. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Their service was commendable.
The hotel seemed a little tired (not as fresh as the photos suggested). I noticed food left outside my room upon arrival, and it remained there until i left. Cleanliness could be improved. I saw monkeys around regularly. They became a bit of a nuisance.
