quick check-in good parking quiet atmosphere
friendly staff helped me check in quickly the room was clean and warm. the hotel provided good car parking facilities. the room faced the garden and offered a quiet atmosphere.

poor breakfast double charging
the room was clean and reasonably spacious for the price i paid it met my basic needs for an overnight stay.
the breakfast was a bit of a joke it was advertised as a buffet but consisted of some cereals in dispensers and a few muffins the cooked options were beans or toast seemingly microwaved i found the lack of effort disappointing i did notice i was charged twice for my stay the staff sorted it eventually but it added unnecessary stress to my departure.

The room was clean. The staff were also helpful and friendly. I found on-site parking very convenient. The room included a fridge, and that was a great plus.
The absence of a cooked breakfast was a drawback. I had to make do with DIY cereal, fruit, and muffins.

thai dishes resident discount warm room
the food in the restaurant was good (i liked the thai dishes). a resident discount made it even better. the rooms were warm and well presented.
The room was somewhat compact. The bathroom seemed like a tight squeeze.

fantastic stay!
onsite parking friendly greeting restaurant options great size
finding parking onsite was super easy the friendly greeting upon arrival was great. i found some hangers in the closet i had a great stay and the staff were very helpful adding special touches for me.
the blind let in too much light i wish there were curtains to block out more of the morning sun

the hotel has a bar and a restaurant with english and thai food i tried the panang i thought it was authentic and delicious it was like being back in thailand the meals were fantastic both thai and english.

the check in staff were friendly and helpful staff put together special touches for me i felt well looked after the receptionist was very clear about what the hotel offered the staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble.

The staff members were generally available and helpful. The location provided convenient access to nearby areas. I found the overall environment relaxing enough to unwind after work.
The parking situation was not ideal. The spaces were limited, I had to leave my car keys at reception. This was inconvenient.

dated room scruffy bathroom
i thought the hotel looked luxurious online , so i booked a double room. however , the luxury seemed to end there. the room was small and very dated. the bathroom was tiny , and the toilet was squashed into a small space. the toilet and basin were really outdated and scruffy.
