woo-hoo! what a find!
friendly staffcomfortable bedfantastic shower
the staff really shines, super friendly and always ready to help, especially tony in the bar, he makes amazing cocktails. my room had everything i needed for my stay. the bed? soft and comfortable. the shower felt fantastic, it was so refreshing and powerful!
the wifi wasn't too strong in my room, i struggled a bit to stream my shows.

the hotel location lets me reach lots of stores nearby, they are only a few minutes walking. public transportation is really close to the hotel, it is easy to move around. i love it!

the food i tried was really great, they do an amazing job at tweaking dishes. i wanted a simple salad instead of all the extras, and they did it with a smile. what a taste!

the room design used space well and extended the original building i found the staff helpful and pleasant too i thought the location was excellent. the room was comfortable and cute. breakfast was very good.
i found nothing on the website about car parking information and the car park had no clear signage

the breakfast was acceptable (i didn't have high expectations).
i found a serious problem, the overwhelming smell of toilet waste permeated the bedroom, mixed with an equally strong smell of pine toilet cleaning fluid. it was really unpleasant and hard to ignore the whole time i was there. i really think they should fix the plumbing or ventilation or something.

the superior king room was spacious. the bed felt comfy. i found an actual little bottle of milk provided, it seemed a nice touch. the shower was big.
the stair access felt difficult. i noticed cobwebs around the ceiling. this bothered me a bit.

The staff at the front desk were polite.
The room overlooked a noisy street, and sleep was difficult. I also found hairs in the bathroom. It was really off-putting! The shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit. It made showering unpleasant.
