The room was modern. It featured tea and coffee facilities. The location served Silverstone well since I attended the Silverstone Festival over the weekend. The room was clean! The bed was comfy with perfect pillows. It remained quiet even with a road nearby. Parking was easy and plentiful.

The shower holder requires some minor wall fixing.

the room included facilities above average. a coffee machine and a tv with internet streaming services were available. the stand up fan was useful because it was hot. the bathroom had new, clean towels and a good size shower.

i could not find anyone to check in with. i was given the chalet code by phone and someone was already staying there. the system made a mistake. this did not give me a sense of security as a lone female occupier.

The room featured a large TV with Netflix. I also found the complimentary drinks and brownies a lovely touch. The customer service was indeed excellent. The room presented itself spotlessly clean.

Check-in used a keylock system. I received my chalet code by phone, but that room was occupied. I needed to call again and get another room. This gave me a slight sense of insecurity as a lone occupier.
