ivan was helpful. he ensured our transfers from the port to the airport were smooth. the hotel sits in a historic location, right in the center. i thought a welcome drink was thoughtful. our room design was nice.
i felt the bedding could use updating. towels seemed older. the mattress wasnt the best.

amazing stay

the location inside the palace was unbeatable. the staff were kind. i had the best breakfast ever. i woke up to the sounds of a male choir performing outside, it reminded me of waking up in heaven.
the room was in another building away from the lobby. i had to climb three flights of stairs to reach it. another steep flight was inside the room to get to the bed.

I appreciated the central location, right within the old palace walls. The staff were genuinely helpful with directions and recommendations. Breakfast offered a great start to the day with many options. The room was clean and well kept, offering a restful environment.
The walk to the alternate building required some navigation through narrow streets. A map would have helped!

The hotel had good facilities, EVERYTHING needed for a comfortable visit. The breakfast setup included both tiered plates with assorted pastries, fruits, cheese, and meats, and hot cooked-to-order options.
