Breakfast was good. I could select an a la carte item to order.
The main pool was advertised as heated. it was freezing. I was told to use the spa pool, but it has no view. It has a general dirty vibe to it. The jacuzzi was cold and I did not get a response about it.

The staff was attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities were great, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa.
I found that there were stains on the towels, and there were also rips in the bathrobes. I requested an iron and some coffee pods for the room, but after waiting an hour, I had to ask again in person.

small roomunfriendly staff
i booked a superior room but was given a small room instead a guest relations person helped after a wait the breakfast was outside in strong wind and 16 degree weather tables were dirty the staff was unfriendly i got one coffee capsule per person for two days and one bottle of water it wasn't a four star experience
