helpful staff good location daily activities
the front desk staff were very helpful especially stefy lau and milla i found food drinks and supermarkets nearby its location was good too the hostel offers attractions meant to encourage interaction between guests the staff also helped with daily activities
the shared rooms lacked ventilation and smelled of dampness when full

social activities air conditioning decent price wifi issue toilet paper separate house
the air conditioning in the rooms worked really well, which i appreciate. there were many social activities available, and i enjoyed participating. the price was decent. i found the location to be superb.
The wifi did not work in the separate house where my private room was. i told the staff a few times, but the issue persisted. i had to use my own data. there was no toilet paper for a full day. I notified the staff three times before it was resolved.

solid hostel experience
helpful staff great assistance attentive staff
i appreciated the helpfulness of stefi and nicolle they helped me a lot. laura mara andres. the staff was generally very attentive especially stefy lau and milla at reception
the private room i booked was not in the main building. it was in a separate run down building a few minutes away. black mold was visible and the floor felt wet dampness was everywhere

great location attentive staff fun activities
the location was great, with access to everything i wanted to see. staff members, like carlos and nicolle, were attentive and helpful . i found the daily activities offered a fun way to meet fellow travellers, enriching my overall experience.
the music from the events sometimes continued until late at night, a minor inconvenience.

decent selection comfortable temperature
the location proved very convenient , with ready access to local attractions. i found the breakfast included a decent selection of fruits and breads. staff members, particularly at reception, offered helpful advice and directions. i particularly appreciated the air conditioning in the room , it maintained a comfortable temperature.
the music from the common area could sometimes be heard in my room , it affected my sleep.
