i found the restaurant in the hotel quite acceptable it had a great breakfast.
my room was a disappointment the first two nights. i was placed in a standard room instead of the superior room i booked. i wish i had not stayed there.

wonderful stay at the waterfront

the hotel location is fantastic. it provides easy access to a high-end mall with great restaurants. the waterfront restaurants also offer diverse seafood options. i also enjoyed the clear view of table mountain from the hotel.
The gym and pool are located across the road from the hotel. this requires walking outside to access these amenities. It was a slight inconvenience.

Breakfast offers many choices from the buffet as well as à la carte. i savored a lot of dishes. The restaurant ginja faces the harbour, presenting overwhelming harbor views, and offers an excellent dining experience.

The room was big enough and very clean. The hotel also provided good wifi. i found all the expected amenities were present. staff responded helpfully to requests, and the hotel transportation was punctual at the airport.

the location offered convenient access to the waterfront area.
I encountered a significant issue with breakfast orders. I ordered the same thing on consecutive days, i received different types of sausage and inconsistently cooked eggs. the hotel did not provide a simple envelope. I was directed to a store to purchase one. this was like an unnecessary inconvenience.

the location offered many options for dining and sightseeing. the staff was helpful, especially when i needed directions. my room was clean and well maintained, with all necessary amenities available. i really liked the breakfast with various choices.
the gym is in a different building. this requireed a short walk.
