I recently spent a few nights in a beautiful room. the superior sea facing room had very nice views (i could watch the waves crash from my bed!). the food was also a real highlight. The restaurant served dishes of high standard. the staff members were friendly and professional. I felt cared for .
the lighting at the hotel entrance could use some attention. many lights were not working and it gave a poor first impression. it felt a little like i was arriving at a budget hostel, not a luxury hotel.

the hotel's airport pickup service was seamless. every staff member i encountered (housekeeping, restaurant staff, and front desk) was friendly and helpful (it was like a dream). loulou, our driver, was always punctual and reliable for trips to restaurants. i also enjoyed cycling with imran on complimentary mountain bikes.
the spa treatments were fully booked . i was informed of the situation soon after i arrived at the hotel. i did not receive any proactive follow-up or compensation.

the hotel service was attentive from airport pickup to checkout. all staff members seemed friendly (housekeeping, wait staff, and concierge). i enjoyed every meal, especially at the high-end azure restaurant (i recommend the dessert). the leopard bar had a beautiful sunset view.
the hotel room i stayed in required an upgrade. the bathroom seemed small, and the bathtub looked outdated. i experienced considerable noise during windy conditions because of the poorly sealed windows. sunbed cushions near the pool seemed soiled with bird droppings.

I found the breakfast buffet was quite extensive, it included many options for different diets. the hiking trail located right next to the hotel provided some light exercise opportunities. It had beautiful views along the path.
The service in the leopard bar was slow. Drinks sometimes took a long time to arrive. the gym was small and not up to the standard i expect. It felt quite basic for a hotel of this supposed quality.

the room was not what i expected given the price. the furniture seemed a bit outdated, with noticeable chips and dents. also, the sink drained slowly. i expected better upkeep for a place of this supposed caliber.
