super experience near waterfront
ideal location room upgrade late check-out flight schedule
i really enjoyed my short stay there. the location, near the waterfront, made things really easy. i got a complimentary room upgrade when i arrived which was a fantastic surprise. also, i asked for a late check-out later, and this worked great with my flight plans.
the bathroom design had a slight problem because the shower did not have a door, so water went onto the floor a little bit.

the room has a king bed so space is not a problem. it felt very spacious and comfortable so my stay was great. linen was nice and clean.

the front desk staff are always helpful to me. they are available when i needed help all the time. i really appreciated their assistance.

the hotel is very close to the waterfront which is a plus. a short and safe walk is all you need to get there. it is safe during the day and at night.

the staff were helpful and professional . the breakfast menu offered a variety of choices. my check-in experience was efficient. sinazo was patient and provided information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions.
the air conditioning in my room was not working . the window in the room could not be opened either i was not pleased.

charming breakwater stay
short walk separate facilities
the location was super convenient, only a short walk to the waterfront area. our family room included two rooms and separate facilities. staff quickly fulfilled requests.
the walls felt very thin so i could hear neighbor activity. noises early impacted sleep quality. small room size made it tight.
