i booked a 'beautiful double room lake view', but i did not get a lake view. the trees mostly obscured the lake. also, the room phone did not work, inconvenient..

Absolutely Gorgeous Hotel!
traditional feel panoramic view
This hotel has a traditional feel. it's large and cozy! My room was fine. It had panoramic views over the lake! Breakfast was amazing too! I enjoyed the lake views, amazing breakfast
The hotel is away from town. You need to take a bus and a train to reach the city. These services sometimes run late! What a pain!

Wonderful Stay with Fantastic Views
attentive staff interesting design delicious tea
I found the staff to be attentive during dinner , which I really appreciated. The lobby had an interesting design. I enjoyed the view a lot. The breakfast was fantastic. I also loved the hibiscus tea they offered in the lobby.
The hotel is a bit away from the town. It requires a bus and train to get into the city. This might be inconvenient for some guests. Public transport services sometimes run late.

Our room included two bathrooms and a sitting area. The room was spacious. The balcony offered a nice view overlooking the lake.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. They provided excellent assistance throughout our stay. The reception staff were particularly lovely , and they were always ready to assist with our requests.

The hotel has beautiful gardens. Guests can enjoy the surrounding grounds and feel totally calm. The hotel is situated up the hill almost above the town offering an easy way to have a nice walk.

The breakfast had a good variety of food. The conservatory offers a great space for breakfast. The restaurant provides traditional service and sublime decor. It provides a wonderful experience.
