convenient location adequate breakfast friendly staff
i found the location quite convenient. cannery row and the wharf are within easy walking distance. the breakfast offered was adequate. the staff were friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping.
i noticed the hotel charges a separate fee for parking.

helpful staff decent variety easy access cozy touch
I found the staff helpful. the included breakfast offered a decent variety. the location allowed easy access to local attractions, we walked to many places. the room's fireplace gave a cozy touch for chilly evenings. I liked it so much!
The furniture in the room showed a bit of wear. It wasn't a major issue, but noticeable. the room also needed a small dusting under the desk but it was okay.

the location is convenient (easy access to nearby attractions). the breakfast offered a decent variety of options each morning.

disinterested staff poor cleaning
the breakfast was acceptable with a sufficient selection of items.
the room felt outdated with a lot of brown wood everywhere, it made the space dark. the staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. the room needed better cleaning (i noticed dust in several places).

i found the lack of air conditioning problematic (it was surprisingly warm). the room felt stuffy upon arrival, and i had to leave the doors open to get some airflow.

fresh waffles community happy hour
the complimentary breakfast included fresh waffles. sausages and eggs were also available every morning. i found the community happy hour had wine cheese and crackers daily from 5-6. the location allowed for an easy walk to cannery row.
i found the parking requires a fee, that should be free. the front desk person wasn't very nice when informing me about it. this did not.
