Excellent Proximity and Service

I appreciated the hotel's very close location to the Masjid. The air conditioning worked well, I needed to turn it off despite the high outside temperature. The staff upgraded my room without extra charges. I am thankful to Mr Klahid Walid for this.
The bathroom felt a little tiny, I think cleanliness could improve. The towels felt rough and even had some stains. Vacuuming was also only done when I specifically requested it.

The hotel offers a shopping mall in the basement, I noted. Air conditioning effectively maintained the temperature and easily coped with outside heat. Rooms include comfortable, clean spaces that help to get rest after a long day of praying.

The hotel is especially great for religious visitors, I observed. The hotel had very easy access to the mosque corridors, I am sure. This feature is particularly useful if you have appointments for the Rawdah.

The breakfast buffet provides good variety and food quality, I found. There were many other food options available within a short walk. I saw very neatly arranged food, prepared by friendly restaurant staff, too.

the room was neat and had good facilities i found that acceptable
the customer service was bad especially the front desk staff i asked for a discount but the receptionist kept delaying and offered me 4 beds for a higher price he showed no empathy considering i mentioned my family was there for umrah and i had health issues the staff really lacked humanity

the location was convenient near the mosque. elevators were efficient and plentiful. the room size was adequate for my needs. reception was polite.
the bathroom felt cramped and could have been cleaner. towels felt rough and was stained. breakfast lacked variety and desserts seemed stale. electrical work in the corridor created an unappealing environment.

Wow, the staff was awesome. Jahangir alm always cleaned the room great. I got fresh towels everyday.
Listen, the hot water situation was not so good. I had to ask about it many times and waited a while.
