missing apologiesbasic room

The villas were spacious, but the breakfast staff acted like they were doing me a favor. I ordered some eggs, yet they never arrived before i left. No apologies were offered. The room felt basic, more like a 3-star hotel, certainly not what I expected for the price.

the architecture and design create harmony between nature and comfort. waking up to fine views and a peaceful atmosphere was pure bliss. every detail is curated to provide an really good experience and the team's attention was awesome.

I requested a birthday cake for a special occasion, but its delivery was late. there was an error in the message written on the card. These touches were mishandled. i felt no effort was made to make the celebration feel personal or special
