The hotel's location is fantastic. It is just a couple of minutes from the women's gate to masjid el nabawi. the room was very comfortable. the staff allowed us early check-in and a slightly later check-out, and i really appreciate it. i definitely recommend this place and would come back!!!

the location was great near gate 25, that is the ladies gate. it was a short walk from the hotel to the haram, only about 2-3 minutes. muhammad irfan also served us well, he was always present when we needed him. the location helped a lot, especially with how easy it was to access the women's section.
the breakfast wasn't great, the room key card was deactivated multiple times, each day. this caused us to go to the reception all the time, which wasn't fun. the wifi was also really slow and unstable, it reminded me of being in the 90s, this was a serious problem.

the hotel is very close to the women's prayer entrance. it made it convenient for my wife. the room was really clean and well kept.
the water heater in the toilet wasn't running, inconvenient. also, the ac was not functioning well.
