Staff allowed bags to be left in the bags room and provided late checkout.
The hotel advertised free private parking, a primary reason I booked it, but upon arrival, parking was insufficient. I asked the receptionist about alternatives, but they offered no help (a bit frustrating, i must say) and suggested street parking. This caused major inconvenience. the parking area was in disrepair, with broken tiles. I even saw a car towed after its wheel got stuck.

the breakfast selection was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options, i loved the breakfast area views (a perfect start to the day.). the staff at the reception assisted with directions and provided helpful suggestions for local attractions, made exploring the city much easier.
i found that soundproofing could be improved since hallway noise was noticeable in the room, especially early in the mornings, this made it difficult to sleep undisturbed (though i still enjoyed my time there).

The breakfast was lovely. The kind lady serving the food. the location provided a beautiful view, and the bed was very comfortable. the room was also quite clean, which i appreciated.
the ac wasn't working properly, and when i asked for assistance, unfortunately, there wasn't a solution found though.

The hotel is near crystal palace gardens. I enjoyed the proximity to this green space. the location offers a beautiful view of the river and one of the bridges. A short downhill walk led to riverside bars and cafes.

The reception staff offered helpful parking advice and took time to explain all the facilities. the breakfast service was really good because of the kind lady who ensured the area was clean and food always fresh. Their english was very good too.
