Villa Anica is a newly renovated 300-year-old property situated just a 3-minute walk from Dubrovnik's UNESCO-listed Old Town. The villa offers three bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, accommodating a total of seven guests. This historic house, once a resting place for scientist Roger Joseph Boscovich, provides stunning views of both the Old Town and the sea.
