Really good Hospitality and Relaxed Luxury
pristine pool quiet gardener efficient service
The pool was pristine and inviting. Gardeners worked quietly and kindly checked if we needed anything. Breakfast was excellent with prompt and efficient service.

attentive staff enjoyable breakfast private patio tatty room furniture stains bedding holes
The staff was attentive . Breakfast was served in the main house, and i found it quite enjoyable. My room included a coffee machine and a private patio. It had relaxing chairs as well.
the room i was assigned did NOT match the photos online. i noticed some stains on a few pieces of furniture. the bedding even had small holes.

stained furniture unprofessional staff
the gym had modern equipment
the room did not meet expectations some furniture had stains the bedding had holes i was not happy with the room's condition. staff received loud reprimands when they made small mistakes i thought this was unprofessional. i felt uncomfortable witnessing this behavior

I WAS greeted warmly and personally. The gardens are beautifully maintained, WHAT A sight. Breakfast included high-quality ingredients and was well-paced. Our double room was beautiful, clean, and well-appointed. It had everything i needed.
The gym was slightly smaller than expected. Still usable though.

tranquil luxury
warm greeting maintained pool local recommendations
The staff greeted me warmly and accommodated my early check-in with ease. they stored my luggage and showed me all the areas where i could relax (i immediately felt at ease). i enjoyed the pool. It was beautifully maintained. the host gave great local dining recommendations, it added a personal touch.
the gym, while good, was a bit compact, which might feel crowded if more than two people are there.

the hotel is nestled within a fine suburb, about thirty minutes from the city center. it is surrounded by beautiful countryside and numerous wine farms. the location provides a peaceful retreat.

The team was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. it reminded me of staying in a rented luxury hotel with dedicated staff. Every need was attended to with care. the service contributed significantly to a relaxing atmosphere.

the hotel had an honesty bar, stocked with snacks and drinks. there was a modern gym equipped with machines for workouts. the pool was pristine, inviting, and well cared for. this created a feeling of relaxed luxury.
