excellent help easy parking wide range welcome bonus
The staff provided excellent help with requests. Parking was accessible and easy. A wide range of drinks were available at the bar. Complimentary snacks was a welcome bonus. The manager was helpful with several requests I had. The location in Camps Bay proved convenient.
The room lacked a little water. This was a slight oversight .

The rooms were cleaned daily. Daily cleaning occurred whenever we left the room. I did find a water bidet in the bathroom. This feature was beneficial and convenient .

warm staff beautiful view
the staff was warm. i enjoyed the beautiful view from the hotel. the pool was also good. i was allowed an early check-in. the bathroom was large.
the sunbeds had been packed away because of a very small amount of wind.

fluctuating temperature missing towels
The shower temperature fluctuated considerably. there was inconsistencies with housekeeping. One day, they forgot to replenish toiletries. on another day, they took away some towels and did not replace it. these issue impacted the level of comfort.
