perfect location local cuisine limited influence repeated requests
The hotel location was definitely a HUGE plus. It was close to many cafes and restaurants, offering plenty of options for local cuisine. The room was super clean and modern, i appreciated it.
The concierge seemed to have limited influence, i found it difficult. I requested tickets and bookings multiple times with no success. I ended up arranging everything myself, a bit frustrating.

gorgeous design perfect location many restaurants bad service zero experience contradictory informations
The design was gorgeous. Every need was met there. The location of the hotel is just perfect. A lot of restaurants are located on the same street as the hotel.
This hotel is not a five star experience. The service is handled by a bunch of kids with no experience. The staff doesn't. I was given contradictory informations.

extensive selection sincere welcome detailed introduction
The minibar had a very extensive selection of drinks and nuts. I received a sincere welcome each time I returned. The hotel front desk staff gave a detailed introduction to the public areas and rooms.
The pool was one meter deep.
