the staff was friendly and helpful. the pool was really nice. the location was perfect, close to isola bella and the cable car to the city center.
the room was very basic. i found no electric kettle and no tea or coffee. i also did not find shampoo or body lotion.

The breakfast had a fine buffet. The front desk staff provided recommendations and helped with medical aid. They assisted us when our son stepped on a sea urchin! The rooms were super clean, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and free wifi was available.
The lift to reception moved slowly.

The location is near Isola Bella and the cable car. The breakfast included a continental offering that was constantly replenished. I found the pool clean, and it offered many sunbeds.
I found that some areas of the hotel was somewhat dated.

The room had a nice size and a comfortable bed, very clean. Air-conditioning and free wifi functioned perfectly, a very good addition to the room. A seaview balcony was available.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. The staff happily booked trips and taxis for us. They provided advice and were very attentive to all requests.

The pool area was well kept with fine views. Breakfast had ample variety for all tastes and preferences. There was a bar available for drinks and snacks, with service extending to the pool area.

The location is a few minutes from the cable car up to the town. It is also a short walk to various beaches and Isola Bella. The hotel is much quieter than the town center.
