cheap furniture barely working air conditioning
the rooms were spacious, i guess.
The air conditioning barely worked, the room only cooled by a few degrees. the outdated furniture looked like it came from a thrift store. It was scuffed and cheap. i couldn't believe this was considered a luxury experience, not what i paid for.

helpful staff welcome drink easy access
the staff was helpful and kind. the hotel provided a welcome drink upon arrival. the location allowed easy access to both the old town and the basilica (a great place for romantic strolls).
the minibar prices were a bit high.

the outdoor pool area includes comfortable loungers for relaxation and sunbathing. the hotel offers a well-equipped gym with treadmills and weight machines. a beautiful private garden provides a tranquil escape within the city.

the onsite restaurant is michelin-starred. the breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of options including fresh pastries. i enjoyed delicious food with lovely presentation during dinner (the wine selection was excellent).

amazing stay!
helpful staff fresh options great spot
I found the staff super helpful and friendly. the breakfast selection included many choices and fresh options every morning. the hotel's pool provided a great spot to relax after exploring. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!
The room lighting could be improved. It was a little dim in certain areas.

the breakfast buffet featured an omelet station. the on-site restaurant offers a tasting menu. i saw many tables beautifully set up for dinner service each evening and the service was great.

the hotel is close to many historical sites. it is also near public transportation options. getting around to various attractions proved easy. i took lots of photos of the city, it's a great place!
