a heavenly escape
extensive supportseamless resolutionamazing views
i experienced a minor mishap with my rental car . thankfully, the hotel staff provided extensive support, translating and ensuring a seamless resolution. my room offered a balcony showcasing amazing views of the bay and the distant cityscape , it was gorgeous.
the bathroom felt a little outdated , though spotlessly clean.
