the staff were friendly and helpful especially with directions. i liked that they provided a map and explained local attractions. i also appreciated the complimentary bottle of water in the room.
the bathroom was outdated and quite narrow. parking at the hotel was limited so i had to park on the main road.

a heavenly escape
extensive support seamless resolution amazing views
i experienced a minor mishap with my rental car . thankfully, the hotel staff provided extensive support, translating and ensuring a seamless resolution. my room offered a balcony showcasing amazing views of the bay and the distant cityscape , it was gorgeous.
the bathroom felt a little outdated , though spotlessly clean.

the staff displayed very nice kindness and attentiveness when i booked beach clubs, they were helpful with suggestions. they demonstrated care, it was wonderful. this personal attention set the hotel apart.
