fresh fruits helpful staff beautiful lobby
the breakfast was excellent (i especially liked the variety of fresh fruits!). the staff members were friendly and helpful. they really go out of their way to ensure i had everything i needed. the hotel lobby is beautiful, it was nice to sit there and enjoy a cup of coffee.
the tv remote needed new batteries.

the staff is very well trained. the service is good. i asked for an ironing board and someone was at my door quickly. breakfast was good.
the room was nowhere near a five-star hotel. there was no ventilation. the internet connection was very poor.

Really good hospitality
efficient service friendly staff prompt answer big selection
The service was fast and efficient. All staff were friendly, including those at the front desk, in room service, and in housekeeping. Every call to guest services was answered promptly. I found the staff to be beyond excellent and very helpful. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!) and it had a big selection.
The internet connection was very poor, which i found a little frustrating, but everything else was perfect.

The hotel offers a spa with many services. The lobby is beautiful. It is nice to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. A multitude of dining options are available on the premises.

The room was neat, calm, and elegant. The room was spacious and well laid out. I found everything i needed. Gorgeous toiletries were provided, and i enjoyed the variety of tea bags.

The hotel is very close to everything (the museum is up the road). The location is convenient. It is close to bars and restaurants. Uber rides were readily available.

friendly staff quick service good security
The staff was super friendly. They organized all taxis. i arrived late and ordered room service (the portions were generous!). it was quick and tasted great. the security was good too.
the internet connection was not great and felt rationed.
