The views of mount etna from the hotel were very nice. I spent hours on my balcony just soaking it all in. the family-run atmosphere added a personal touch to my stay. breakfast was very good. the shuttle service into town was a huge plus. It made getting around very convenient.
i found the pool a bit cold for swimming.

the breakfast area provided a lovely panoramic view. i could see etna while i ate (especially with the glass enclosure!). the staff members were consistently excellent. they were always polite and helpful. this.
i found the hotel to be quite a distance from the main town. it is worth noting this location is accessible with a free hotel shuttle bus.

The location met my expectations. It is close to Castelmola.
The hotel's condition disappointed me. The decor was quite dated. The breakfast was not great. It felt quite basic, and it lacked variety and the hot options were limited.

I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the hotel both inside and out. The breakfast area was quite lovely. It offered masses of space, tables, and a fabulous panoramic view through a glass enclosure. I especially enjoyed the pool area, it had plenty of sunbeds and that wonderful view.
The hotel is slightly dated. A little updating could enhance the experience.

i adored the views from the pool, mount etna looked lovely. the free shuttle to the city was super handy and saved me a ton of hassle. breakfast was a total treat and really set me up for the day, so yummy. staff were great, always ready with a smile and eager to help.
