fantastic grounds, small hiccup
fine grounds fresh towel free wifi
The grounds were fine with green spaces very well cared for. Beautiful flowers were all around. birdsong every day. Our room was clean, and the staff kept towels fresh. Free wifi was available throughout the hotel.
i had an issue with gym hours! It closed for two hours midday. This was the only free time I had. It made it difficult to exercise

excellent stay with great amenities
beautiful gardens helpful staff good variety
i appreciated the beautiful gardens and well kept facilities. the gym staff were helpful and friendly , a real highlight. the variety of food available kept everyone happy . the hotel offered fine views of the town across the bay.
i experienced that the rooms are dated and could benefit from refurbishment. the interior décor, especially in the breakfast area, felt old.

the breakfast offered a wide selection of food , but the options remained consistent each day. the hot items included scrambled eggs and sausages , alongside fruit and bread. juices tasted very sweet and the coffee came in small cups.

underwhelming sicilian stay.
small shower broken air conditioning
The air conditioning barely worked. The room was stuffy even after they supposedly "fixed" it. i was overcharged on the city fee. also, the shower in the detached villa was ridiculously small. I could barely move.

We loved the olympic pool, and it always had available sunbeds. inflatable toys were permitted in the pool area, something we always appreciate with kids. breakfast at the restaurant near the olympic pool was very nice, the location was much prettier and quieter than the main restaurant. the beach party was very good on mondays and thursday. We had fun.
the superior room felt a little dated.

An okay stay, but some issues exist
The staff were ALWAYS friendly and helpful. That was something I appreciated.
I am frustrated that the breakfast was unimpressive. The selection seemed limited and not very appealing. The coffee came in small cups, NOT proper mugs.

the resort grounds were large and well maintained. i enjoyed walking through the gardens to the beach. the breakfast had a good choice of eggs bacon and sausages. i found something i liked each morning. the hotel provided a shuttle to taormina for 5 euro. it was worth the cost.
the food at the buffets was repetitive and never changed. it was ok but not great. the wifi was the worst i have experienced in 6 weeks of travel. i had trouble connecting more than one device. the resort felt a bit soulless. it reminded me of resorts i have seen everywhere.
